While steaming, in another pot, add chicken oil and ginger to stir-fry, then add winter melon cubes, mushrooms, roast duck cubes, barbecued pork, stir well and sprinkle in a little cooking wine, then add water to boil or boil water, add lean meat, corn kernels, crab sticks and cook for a while, then add shrimps, use chicken powder, salt and season to cook all the ingredients, then put the cooked ingredients into the winter melon soup. The winter melon soup has been steamed for 25 minutes, add the cooked soup and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
