8. When pouring oil on the skewer, I turned it over and saw that the whole skewer was the same color, indicating that it was heated evenly from top to bottom. (The hot air was not turned on) When pouring the oil, I used another baking tray to catch the oil drippings and took out the baking net. This made the operation more convenient. After brushing with oil, put it back into the oven. After ten minutes, take out the baking net in the same way. Sprinkle the three kinds of powder on the skewers in turn, drizzle with oil again, turn it over and do the same thing again. Then send it into the oven. If you feel it is troublesome to add the ingredients in this way, you can add powder ingredients when marinating, and then bake it directly after marinating. Personally, I feel it tastes better when sprinkled on.

9. When the set time is 40 minutes, the delicious skewers are ready. Enjoy them with a glass of wine.
