How to make red bean crispy pineapple toast

The method of making red bean crispy pineapple toast does not take too much time and can be completed in just a few simple steps.

2. Soften the butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar and fine salt and beat until fluffy.

3. Add the whole egg liquid in batches and mix well

4. Add low-gluten flour and milk powder, and use a rubber spatula to stir into dough.

5. Use plastic wrap to roll the crumbed pineapple peel into a rectangular block slightly smaller than the toast box and put it in the refrigerator for later use.

7. Knead the dough ingredients except butter and fine salt into dough. After the dough forms, add oil and salt to make it rise, then add butter and fine salt. Make yeast dough. Then fermentation takes place. When it grows 2 or 3 times larger, remove the exhaust.

8. Roll the fermented dough (no need to divide it) into a ball with your hands, cover it with plastic wrap and let it relax for 15 minutes.

9. Roll the dough into a rectangular piece and stretch the bottom of the dough to increase stickiness.

10. Spread candied red beans on the surface of the dough and roll it up from top to bottom.

11. Pinch the bottom of the rolled dough to seal it.

12. Place the dough flat in the middle of the toast box and cover it with plastic wrap for final fermentation.

13. When the dough is 60% full, take out the crispy pineapple peel prepared in advance and spread it evenly on the surface of the dough.

14. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes with top and bottom fire (cover with tin foil after 25 minutes to prevent the puff pastry from burning)
