How to make the honey chiffon cake

3. Sift the cake flour and cocoa powder 3 times and add them into the mixture in Figure 2, stirring until smooth.

4. After it is smooth, stir-fry evenly like cooking. Do not stir in circles.

5. Beat egg whites, add corn starch and lemon juice to egg whites, beat until big bubbles appear, add 20 grams of powdered sugar, beat until white and with lines, add another 20 grams of sugar, then adjust the egg beater to medium speed and beat until dry, then add the last 20 grams of sugar and beat quickly until hard foam

6. This is the beaten egg white. The egg white beating process takes about ten minutes.

7. First add one-third of the cake batter, stir fry and mix evenly, then add two-thirds of egg whites and stir well, then pour the cake batter back into the remaining egg whites and stir until smooth

8. Brush a little oil on the mold, pour the batter into a thin layer, put some honey beans in, then pour the batter and then put the honey beans in. After pouring the batter, put the honey beans on the top layer.

9. Shake vigorously to eliminate bubbles before putting it in the oven. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and bake on the middle layer for 50 minutes.

10. When the time is up, take it out immediately and shake it vigorously a few times to shape and eliminate bubbles, then turn it upside down to cool before demoulding.

11. The sweet and delicious cake with a lot of bean fragrance is ready to be eaten
