How to make Haagen-Dazs ice cream

1. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg white and beat with an electric whisk until it becomes coarse foam (skip this step if you don’t add lemon juice)

2. Separate the egg white and egg yolk (the bowl for the egg white must not contain any water or oil)

3. Add 15g of sugar and beat until there are some textures, then add the remaining 15g of sugar

4. It’s enough to hit this level! The chopsticks will not fall when inserted in the middle and then put it in the refrigerator for later use.

5. 00g whipping cream to 8.9 points

6. Add 10g of fine sugar to the egg yolk and beat it into egg yolk liquid with a whisk.

7. Add the egg yolk liquid to the whipped cream three times, stirring evenly with a spatula each time.

8. After the whipped cream and egg yolk liquid are mixed evenly, add the condensed milk in 3 to 4 batches. Stir well each time and stir slowly!

9. Take out the whipped egg whites from the refrigerator and add them to the mixed cream in 3 to 4 times. Also add it once and stir it once, and stir it evenly each time! ! (Suddenly I feel so nagging...hahaha) Mix until everything is evenly mixed.

10. Pour the mixed ice cream into a sealed box. You can add your favorite ingredients. I added melted chocolate and strawberry jam. The big box is original flavor.

11. Just stir it and it will be like this. Freeze it for more than 4 hours and you can enjoy it!
