How to make American chocolate chip cookies

1. Weigh the ingredients, take out the butter and soften it at room temperature, and beat the eggs into egg liquid.

2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the softened butter.

3. Beat with an electric whisk at low speed until smooth and free of large particles.

4. Add the whole egg liquid in 3 times, beating thoroughly each time before adding the second time.

5. Sift in low-gluten flour and baking powder.

10. Just slightly reshape it, leaving a gap in the middle.

11. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, place the cake in the middle layer and bake for 25 minutes. Do not open the oven door after turning off the heat, and simmer for another 10 minutes at residual temperature.
