How to cook Chinese cabbage with mushrooms

1. Soak mushrooms, cloud ears, and cordyceps flowers thoroughly, and chop choy sum, coriander, ginger, etc.

2. Heat the pan, sauté the ginger slices and add the mushrooms and stir-fry for a while

3. Add appropriate amount of water and seasoning (except sesame oil and soy sauce), cook the mushrooms on low heat for about 40 minutes

4. Add cloud ear mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes

5. Add Cordyceps flowers and cook for about 10 minutes

6. Use boiling water to blanch the cauliflower while cooking the cordyceps flowers.

7. Add sesame oil and soy sauce and mix well

8. Add the cooked vegetable heart and stir briefly, then turn off the heat.

9. Sprinkle coriander on the dish.
