3. Put the meat filling into a bowl, add salt, light soy sauce, MSG, minced ginger, half an egg white, pepper water and a little sugar.

4. Stir evenly and whip vigorously in one direction until it becomes sticky.

6. Dust the scallion rolls stuffed with meat with flour.

7. Crack the eggs, separate the egg white and yolk, and place the egg white in a deep plate.

9. Wrap the scallion rolls with egg batter and fry them in 3-4 liters of hot oil. Turn them over when they are set, then remove them from the pan and drain the oil for later use.

10. When the oil temperature rises to 40-50% hot, add the scallion rolls and fry for a while, then remove and drain the oil.

11. Serve on a plate!
