How to make scallion oil and milk cookies (salty)

7. Add milk and stir again.

8. Mix the milk powder, low-gluten flour, salt and baking powder and sift them into a bowl.

9. Use a rubber spatula to stir until there are no particles. Then add chopped green onions and stir again.

10. Put the batter into a piping bag and fit it with a medium-sized six-tooth nozzle.

11. Squeeze out spiral circles with a diameter of about five centimeters in a clockwise direction on the baking tray. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake on the middle layer for about 25 minutes. Turn off the heat when the biscuits are colored.
