How to make two-color swan puffs

The method of making two-color swan puffs is very simple, and it is a very common dish on many family tables.

1. Put butter, sugar and salt in a pot and bring to boil.

2. Turn off the heat immediately after boiling, add low-gluten flour, stir evenly, turn on medium heat again, stir-fry for about half a minute, and serve in a bowl.

3. Break the eggs and pour them into the fried noodles in several times. Stir the egg liquid evenly each time before adding it to the next time, until the batter falls in a triangular shape.

4. Mix the batter.

5. Use a medium-sized piping nozzle with six or eight teeth. Fill 2/3 of the batter into the piping bag, and put the remaining 1/3 into another piping nozzle and cut a small hole.

6. Add 15 grams of sugar to the whipped cream and beat until it is 80% fluffy. Put it into a piping bag and refrigerate for later use.

7. Use a piping bag to squeeze out the dripping shape and preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Bake until the surface is golden brown. Don't rush to take it out of the oven. Turn off the heat and simmer for two minutes.

8. Fill another piping bag with 1/3 of the batter and squeeze it into a thicker "2". Then squeeze a little more batter on the top of "2" to widen the swan's forehead. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. After stopping the fire, simmer for two minutes before taking it out

9. Cut the roasted swan body into two halves, and then cut the upper half into two halves, as shown in the picture.

10. Squeeze the cream onto the swan and then put the swan’s head on top.

11. Finally, add the wings.

12. The swan's body and head cannot be roasted together
