How to make cream puffs

People who are busy with work often order takeout and rarely eat at home. In fact, home-made meals are truly healthy and green food. Cream puff is a dish that is very suitable for busy people. It is a good idea to forget about takeout during the holidays and cook at home.

1. Prepare all ingredients

2. Add milk, butter, salt and a little sugar to a pot and bring to a boil over low heat.

3. In the second step, while the water is boiling (do not turn off the heat), pour the sifted low flour into the pot and stir quickly to mix well.

4. Turn off the heat when the bottom of the pot starts to burn.

5. After the dough in the pot has cooled for 3-5 minutes, beat the eggs and pour them into the dough several times and stir continuously (pouring in several times will make the dough smoother) until the dough is in a triangular shape.

6. Put it into the piping bag

7. For the decoration, make sure the distance between each puff is 5 cm. The puff will expand during the baking process. You can use your finger to apply a little water to smooth the tip of the top, so that the puff will look more beautiful when baked.

8. Set the oven to 180° and bake for 30 minutes. In the last few minutes, you can set the temperature to 200° to color the puffs. (Note that if the puffs are not baked well, they will collapse when they come out of the oven.)

9. After the puffs are out of the oven and cooled, make a small hole at the bottom and inject the cream (beat the cream and sugar with a whisk before injecting the cream)

10. The final product is ready. It will be more delicious if you freeze it in the refrigerator.
