6. Sift in flour and stir with a rubber spatula. When no dry powder is visible, pour in preheated A and stir rhythmically 80 to 100 times. Point Stir carefully until the cake batter has a fine texture and is glossy. When you scoop up the cake batter with a spatula, it is not sticky and can flow down naturally and smoothly.

7. Pour the cake batter into the mold, shake the mold twice to burst the large bubbles on the surface of the cake batter, then put it into the oven and bake for 33 to 38 minutes. Take it out when the surface of the cake turns light brown. Shake the mold to release the heat from the cake and prevent it from shrinking after coming out of the oven.

8. Turn the cake upside down on a cooling rack and let it cool until it is no longer hot to the touch. Turn it over and let it cool completely.

9. You can brush it with syrup, add whipped cream and strawberries to make a strawberry cream sandwich cake.
