How to make Russian Thousand Layer Tiramisu

1. Put butter, sugar and honey in a bowl and heat them in hot water until they melt. After all the butter and sugar melt, add baking soda and heat until they melt. The mixture will turn white.

2. Turn off the heat, take out the pot, add the eggs and mix well.

3. Mix cocoa powder and flour evenly.

4. Put the mixed flour into the bowl in step 2, stir evenly, and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

5. Take out the dough and divide it into even-sized pieces. I made 10 pieces (six-inch pieces).

6. Prepare 3 pieces of baking paper as big as the baking tray (for easy replacement), take a piece of dough and put it on the baking paper and roll it as thin as possible.

7. Take a round utensil and place it on the dough. Use a toothpick to draw a circle along the edge. Then it will become a pancake.

8. That’s it. Don’t remove the excess parts and bake them in the oven together. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 8 minutes

9. Bake all the pie crusts in the same way. When the oven is baking, take another baking paper and put a dough on it, and switch it back and forth.

10. After the excess crust has cooled, put it into a food processor and crush it for later use.

11. Pick up the softened butter and stir it with a whisk. Put the whipped cream in a bowl without oil or water. Beat it until the cream can pass through the bowl without slipping. Add condensed milk and butter and stir evenly.

12. Put plastic wrap on the cake mat, divide the plastic wrap into two pieces and cross them into a cross, leaving a longer piece (because it is used to wrap the cake), take a piece of cake skin and evenly spread the butter (not too thick), sift a layer of cake skin crumbs on it, and do it in the same way.

13. Apply the butter and sieve the crust crumbs on the top crust. Apply the remaining butter around the sides and sprinkle the crust crumbs. When all is done, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for more than 5 hours.

14. I made this in the afternoon and refrigerated it overnight. It tasted great.
