1. Cut the gelatin sheets into small pieces, soak them in ice water until soft (keep them in the refrigerator)

8. Beat it until it looks like the picture, then smooth it with a scraper and it will be fine.

9. Pour the beaten cheese paste into the egg yolk liquid and mix well.

10. After stirring evenly as shown in the picture, if there are still particles on the scraper, you can also use a manual egg beater to help beat it a few times. stand-by……

11. Whip the cream until it is 60% whipped and the liquid can drip down slowly. Don't overbeat.

12. Mix the cream, cheese and egg yolk paste evenly, as shown in the picture, the liquid lines that fall down will not disappear. Don’t make it too thin, the tiramisu mousse paste is ready.

13. This cookie recipe is a bit... I was lazy and made it a little bigger.

14. Cut the biscuits in half. I originally planned to prepare rum or coffee liquor to soak the biscuits, but because I am allergic to alcohol, I used milk. Soak it well. If it is too dry, it will float out of the cheese paste. Don’t soak it too soft either.

15. After the soaked biscuits have absorbed the milk, place them at the bottom.

16. Pour a layer of cheese paste.

17. Add another layer of biscuits and finally pour in the cheese paste. OK. Refrigerate overnight!

18. Get up in the morning! Perfect demoulding, you can use your imagination to decorate it.

19. My hands were shaking so much that I accidentally pressed some of the cocoa powder, but it’s okay!

20. The knife used to cut tiramisu should be scalded with hot water. This way the cut will look beautiful, but I’m lazy and in a hurry to eat. It tastes great.
