How to make tiramisu (simple version without whipped cream)

The pressure at work should not be an excuse for us not to cook for ourselves. After all, eating out is only a stopgap measure. It is more practical to learn how to make some home-cooked dishes by ourselves. The method of making tiramisu (simple version without whipped cream) is actually very simple, and it is not difficult to learn even for a novice in cooking.

1. After baking the cake, press out the mold like this (refer to my previous two-color cake recipe for cake baking method, just make it all cocoa flavor)

2. Carve out the shape like this. Generally, one tiramisu needs two identical shapes.

3. Soak two gelatin sheets in water until soft, then remove them and place them in a container and heat until completely melted. Stir the mascarpone cheese clockwise and add a few drops of vanilla liquid to enhance the flavor, then add the melted gelatin liquid and set aside.

4. Put two egg whites into an oil-free and water-free container and beat with an electric egg beater for minutes. Add 10 grams of sugar and continue beating for a while. Then add the remaining 10 grams of sugar and beat until there is a curved hook when you lift it.

5. Put 50g sugar and 50g water into the pot and bring to a boil. Cook for two minutes (stir constantly to avoid sticking to the pot). Pour the beaten egg white along the edge of the bowl and stir evenly.

6. Add one third of the egg white to the mascarpone and mix well, then mix the rest for later use.

7. We made two pieces of each shape for later use. Because both pieces are thick, we need to take out one piece and split it in the middle to make two thin pieces. Put the thin piece at the bottom first like this.

8. Put a layer of cheese paste and shake it evenly. Try not to dirty the area around the mold to affect the appearance. Put another thick layer of cake on it, spread a layer of cheese paste, and finally put a thin layer and you're done.

9. Use the mold plate to gently press it to set the shape and then put it in the refrigerator for more than two hours.

10. After two hours, take it out and demould it with the mold board. Use a sieve to sift cocoa powder on the surface, drizzle with chocolate sauce, sprinkle with colorful melon seeds and it will be perfectly presented.

12. For children, just put a kitty cat mold on top and sift in cocoa powder, then pour chocolate sauce on it, sprinkle with colorful melon seeds and decorate with cherries (isn’t it simple?)

In the production of tiramisu (simple version without whipped cream), there is no need for various fancy methods, only simple operations are needed. It can be taken off the pan very quickly, and the stir-frying makes it more fragrant and fully awakens the taste buds.
