Spicy beer stewed chicken gizzards recipe

1.1 Boil an appropriate amount of water in a small pot, blanch the chopped chicken gizzards until they change color, remove them and soak them in cold water, wash them and set aside. You can also blanch it first and then cut it. Heat oil in a wok, add scallion, ginger and dried chili until fragrant (I omitted the chili). Pour the drained chicken gizzards in and stir-fry evenly, add two spoons of mushroom sauce or black bean sauce

2.2 Wash and slice the chicken gizzards, and cut the bell pepper and onion into shreds

3. Add two tablespoons of light soy sauce and half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, stir well, add a bottle of beer, and simmer over low heat.

4. Of course, if you like it crispier, add less beer; if you like it softer, add a bottle of beer.

5. When the food is 80% soft, add appropriate amount of salt and onion shreds and continue to stew until there is no soup and oil is released. Pour in the shredded bell peppers, stir well and serve. Also, it doesn’t need to be stewed. Use dried chili peppers, onions, ginger and peppercorns to stir-fry and then you will get a crispy, fragrant and spicy fried chicken stew.
