How to make seaweed fried rice

A bowl of fragrant seaweed fried rice is sure to make you salivate, and it is not difficult to make. 1. Prepare the ingredients: shiitake mushrooms, scallops, dried seaweed, small shrimps, seaweed, and carrots. (Soak the dried seaweed, dice the mushrooms, wash the scallops without soaking them in water, chop the seaweed, and shred the carrots)

2. Heat oil in a pan and add shredded ginger until fragrant
