How to make crab meat fried rice

When making crab meat fried rice, you need to prepare appropriate amounts of chopped green onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and chicken essence. Add appropriate amounts of vinegar to season when serving. The method of crab meat fried rice is simple and easy to learn. You only need to choose fresh ingredients.

1. Separate the egg whites and yolks, but discard the egg whites. Put the egg yolks in a larger bowl, add appropriate amount of salt and stir. The salt does not need to be added all at once, you can add a little and add it later when making fried rice. Pour the rice into the egg yolk and mix it (use a larger bowl to hold the egg yolk, because you will mix the rice directly in it). Mix the rice and egg yolk evenly, and each grain of rice should be coated with egg yolk.

4. Heat the oil in the pan. I put olive oil in it (I forgot to take a photo of this). When the oil is hot, pour the rice in. Don't heat the oil too high.

5. Quickly stir-fry the rice and eggs until cooked. Taste and add appropriate amount of salt.

6. Then add the crab meat (crab meat itself adds flavor) and stir fry quickly and evenly.

7. Add chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly, then you can serve.

8. Put the fried crab meat golden fried rice into a large bowl and press it flat.

9. Put a large plate on top of the bowl of rice, hold the plate and bowl together and turn them upside down (plate at the bottom and bowl at the top). When you pick up the bowl of rice, it will be formed. Sprinkle some black sesame seeds on it (I forgot to take a photo of this step) and finally arrange it on a plate.
