1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash the shrimps, remove the threads, heads and shells, and dice the other ingredients for later use.

2. Cut 1/3 of the pineapple, keeping the leaves on the top intact.

3. Use a fruit knife to cut into grids, and then use a spoon to scoop out the flesh.

4. Do not dig it open, pour out the juice in the pineapple bowl

5. Heat the pan, add a little oil, fry the ginger and garlic, and add the onion.

6. After the onion is soft, add carrots, corn, cucumber and bell pepper and stir-fry until 80% cooked.

7. Put the shrimp in the middle and fry until cooked.

8. Add rice and appropriate amounts of salt, pepper and light soy sauce. Stir-fry over low heat until hot, then add the pineapple.

9. Remove from heat and add some green beans for garnish.

10. Blend more pineapples into juice, which tastes sour and sweet.
