How to make rainbow fried rice

Dinner has always been an important meal of the day for Chinese people. After a busy day, going home to enjoy delicious food in the evening is the motivation for a busy day. Rainbow fried rice is easy to make, does not take up too much time, and is nutritionally balanced, meeting the taste requirements of the general public.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients and clean them.

2. Chop all the vegetables into small pieces of even size.

3. Dice the beef and marinate with starch, egg white and a small amount of salt for about fifteen minutes.

4. Dice the five vegetables as shown in the picture and place them on a plate. (Cantonese carrots, bamboo shoots, peas, corn, onions)

5. Chop the remaining vegetables except those in Figure 4 into cubes and place them on another plate for later use.

6. Use hot water to blanch the diced vegetables in Figure 4. (Put peas and corn first, turn off the heat when the peas are cooked, quickly pour the carrots and diced green bamboo shoots into the pot and blanch them lightly)

7. After blanching, the mixed vegetable cubes in Figure 4 will be bright and colorful.

8. Stir-fry the chopped beef until cooked.

9. Chop the green onion and ginger, and dice the ham.

10. Put an appropriate amount of olive oil in the wok, and stir-fry the chopped scallion and ginger after the oil is hot.

11. Pour the diced vegetables in the plate in Figure 5 into the pot and stir-fry quickly for a while. (Don’t add the purple cabbage yet)

12. Add the diced vegetables that have been blanched in water as shown in Figure 7 and continue to stir-fry quickly.

13. Pour the chopped ham into the pan and stir-fry.

14. Pour in cold rice and stir-fry.

15. Pour in the stir-fried beef cubes and purple cabbage and stir-fry evenly. Then add appropriate amounts of salt, five-spice powder and pepper powder in turn. Add appropriate amount of chicken powder and stir-fry evenly before serving.

16. The delicious and beautiful rainbow fried rice is ready.
