The easiest way to make preserved egg tofu

Method 1: Preparation of ingredients

A box of curd tofu, a pack of pickled mustard tuber, two preserved eggs, sesame oil, and coriander. Preparation process (1) Use a knife to cut the tofu into several cuts horizontally and vertically, and place them on a plate. (2) Chop the pickled mustard tuber into small pieces, dice the preserved egg, and sprinkle them on the tofu on the plate. Then drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with coriander. Ingredients: tofu (boxed tender tofu), preserved egg, pickled mustard tuber, chopped green onion. Method: Dice the tofu and place it on the bottom layer, then spread the diced preserved egg, then a layer of diced pickled mustard tuber, and then chopped green onion. Peel the preserved eggs, chop them into small pieces and set aside. 2. Coriander, also known as cilantro. After picking and washing, rinse them with boiling water. Then chop and set aside. 3. Tofu is sold in most supermarkets. After buying it, wash it and steam it for three minutes. You don't have to steam it. The purpose of steaming is to disinfect it and remove the bean smell. 4. Salt, a little. Production process: Mix the chopped preserved eggs, coriander, and tofu (crushed with a spoon), add a little salt, stir well, and then add a little sesame oil.

Method 3 Ingredients: 2 pieces of soft tofu, 2 preserved eggs, 2 cucumbers, 1 large scallion, 1 tomato, 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Production process 1. Peel the preserved egg shell and wash it carefully under the tap. After peeling the egg shell, cut it into semicircles for later use. 2. Cut the cucumber into thin slices, then cut it diagonally into long strips; wash it with cold boiled water, drain and set aside. 3. Cut the green onion into shreds in the same way as the cucumber. Cut the white part of the green onion into long shreds and set aside. 4. Place the cucumber shreds on the bottom of the plate, then place the diced tofu and semi-circular preserved eggs on top, and top with shredded green onions. Cut the tomatoes into semicircles and pour the sauce over them. Features: light and refreshing, leaving a lingering fragrance on the teeth.
