How to make kale fried rice

1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture. Remove the old part of the kale, soak it in salt water for 15 minutes, wash it and set aside.

2. Dice the meat patties and ham and set aside.

3. Chinese kale can be divided into two parts: stems and leaves. Flatten the stems with a knife and cut into small pieces. Also cut the leaves into relatively small pieces and set aside.

4. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pan, add the meat patties and diced ham and stir-fry until fragrant, add a little salt to season and set aside.

5. Continue to pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot, turn up the heat, heat the oil, and quickly add the kale and stir-fry.

6. When the vegetables are almost cooked, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry, then add cooked rice and fried meat patties and diced ham in turn.

7. Turn down the heat and stir-fry the vegetables and rice in the pot evenly.
