How to make red bean paste shortbread

After a busy day, coming home and cooking a delicious meal is a way of compensating yourself, and a sense of happiness will gradually arise. The method of making red bean paste pastry is not complicated. You only need to wash the ingredients and cut them simply. It is also very important to control the heat for this dish. 1. Mix ordinary flour, lard and water to make oil dough

2. Mix low-gluten flour, milk, and lard into shortbread and make two smooth doughs.

3. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for half an hour

4. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts, and the shortbread into 12 equal parts

5. Roll the dough into round pieces and wrap the dough with the dough.

6. Prepared oily puff pastry

7. Take one and squeegee it into the shape of a cow tongue

8. Roll up from top to bottom

9. Make all the oil-skin puff pastry, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes

10. Repeat 3 times, waking up for 15 minutes in between.

11. Divide the red bean paste into 12 equal portions

12. Take a piece of oil-skin puff pastry, press the middle, and fold the two ends inward to form a dough.

13. Roll the dough into a sheet and wrap it with red bean paste like dumplings.

14. Fold the edges down, and when everything is done, press it gently and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

15. Brush the top with egg wash and sprinkle with black sesame seeds for decoration

16. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes, bake on the middle layer for 25 minutes
