How to make vegetable pancakes

A good diet is directly related to our health. It is easy to eat out, but health is not guaranteed. Therefore, even if we have limited time, we might as well cook some simple dishes at home. The method of making vegetable pancakes is very simple and can provide the body with a variety of necessary nutrients.

1. Prepare 300g plain flour

2. Pour clean water, pour water in the middle, and stir with chopsticks while pouring.

3. Knead into a smooth dough and set aside to rise for a while.

4. Take it out after 10 minutes, put it on the dough mat, and knead it gently.

5. Divide into small portions, each portion is approximately 60 grams.

6. Take a piece of dough and roll it into a ball. Make sure it is thin, about the same thickness as a dumpling. (The one I made is not round either)

7. Prepare the legendary aozi, heat it over low heat (for making pancakes).

8. Place the freshly made pancake on the baking pan and start making it.

9. Thin ones are easier to cook. Turn them over and they are cooked when they turn yellow on both sides.

10. Apply chili oil.

11. Add the cold shredded radish (coriander + shredded green radish + chilli oil)

12. Roll up from one end. Cut in the middle. It's a bit like a pancake.

Cooking at home is definitely more hygienic. The method of making vegetable pancakes is simple, and you can make them delicious even if you don’t have any talent for cooking.
