Tomato meatball soup recipe

Tomato meatball soup recipe

Material

250g lean pork (minced pork is optional, but the meat you chop yourself should be more tender), 1 large tomato, 100g bean sprouts, 1 egg, 1 liter of fresh soup or water, 21/2 teaspoons salt, 5g ginger, 11/2 teaspoons minced ginger, 2 tablespoons water bean powder, 21/2 teaspoons MSG (optional), 21/2 teaspoons soy sauce

1. Chop the onion into chopped green onion, cut the tomato into thick slices, smash the ginger, and wash the bean sprouts for later use.

2. Chop the pork into fine pieces, add 1 teaspoon of salt, minced ginger, egg, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and a small amount of water, stir evenly in one direction, then add soy flour and stir evenly for later use.

3. Place the soup pot on high heat, add fresh soup or water, and broken ginger and bring to a boil. Turn the heat to low. Use a small spoon to scoop the meat filling into round shapes, each about 2 cm in diameter. Put them into the pot one by one and cook until the meatballs float to the surface of the soup. Add bean sprouts, tomato slices, salt, soy sauce, and MSG. Bring to a boil, remove the broken ginger, and serve in a soup bowl.

1. Cut the beef into pieces and blend it with the onion and ginger in a food processor until it becomes minced meat.

2 Then mix it with the seasoning and beat until it becomes firm.

3 Use the palm of your hand to squeeze the meat into balls and put them into slightly boiling water to cook until they float up. Remove from the water and set aside

4 Filter the soup for cooking meatballs to remove blood foam (I filtered it about four times) and then pour it into the pot and boil

5 Finally, add various vegetables, add meatballs after cooking, and simmer for 1-2 minutes. If you cook for too long, the meatballs will become tough.

Finally, season it (I sprinkled some black pepper and coriander before serving)
