2. Cut the potatoes into shreds and steam them for eight minutes.

3. Ground pepper

4. Add soy sauce, pepper, salt and cornstarch to the minced pork, mix well and set aside.

5. Mash the steamed potatoes and set aside.

6. Pour the marinated pork into the mashed potatoes, mix evenly with your hands and set aside.

7. Ps: You can add chopped green onions or onion grains if you like. Mix together.

8. Egg liquid, set aside.

9. Take an appropriate amount and knead it into a round shape, then gently press it into a pancake shape

10. After coating with egg liquid, place in a frying pan with oil and fry over medium-low heat.

11. Fry until both sides are golden brown.
