Traditional fried noodles recipe

In a busy life, it is a great happiness to be able to have a delicious meal when you return home. If you don’t have much time to prepare dinner, you can choose simple ingredients, stir-fry them briefly and you’re done. The traditional fried noodles recipe is that simple.

1. Prepare the noodles, wash and cut the vegetables and set aside.

2. Pour 1 kg of oil into the pot and fry the noodles until golden brown.

3. Turn over and fry the other side.

4. Leave some oil in the pot, add shredded pork, spices, celery, and purple olives and stir-fry. Add half a spoonful of salt, half a spoonful of MSG, a little thirteen spices, 10 grams of old raw material, and 300 grams of fresh soup. Serve and set aside.

5. Pour the fried noodles into the pot, then pour the vegetables and soup on top of the noodles, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.

6. Turn over and simmer the other side for 3 minutes.

7. Use chopsticks to break up the noodles and stir-fry in the pan for 2 minutes.

8. Serve on a plate.
