How to make whole grain steamed buns

Nowadays, many people have lost interest in cooking. In addition to being too busy at work, another big reason is that the cooking process is too complicated. 1. Soak the beans in a thermos cup with boiling water for at least 6 hours the day before.

2. Mix the flour, yeast and sugar first, then add water and stir until it becomes flocculent.

3. Knead the dough into a smooth dough and let it rise in a warm place.

4. Fermentation will double in size and the exhaust will be relaxed.

5. Knead the large dough and beans together, knead evenly and let it stand for 30 minutes.

6. Mix the bean dough.

7. Divide the dough into equal portions. Mine is exactly 10 portions, 37 grams each.

8. Roll the small dough into the shape of an ox tongue.

9. Roll from bottom to top.

10. Make all the steamed buns.

11. Place a steamer with warm water underneath for secondary fermentation at low temperature.

12. Ferment the steamed buns until they are twice as large.

13. Steam for 30 minutes and simmer for 5 minutes before serving. (Because it is a coarse grain, the smaller ones need to be steamed for 10 minutes longer than usual.)

14. Steamed bun rolls.

15. Serve. Finished product picture.
