How to cook chicken wings in a rice cooker

Therefore, it is wiser to cook it yourself. The method of baked chicken wings in a rice cooker is simple and can be completed in just over ten minutes.

1. Make a few cuts with a knife.

2. Soak the chicken wing roots in clean water for fifteen minutes after purchase, changing the water several times in the middle.

3. Wash the green onions and slice the ginger.

4. Marinate with ginger slices, light soy sauce, Shisanhe, oyster sauce, salt, chicken essence and cooking wine for one hour. Of course, you can marinate longer if time permits.

5. Pour some oil into the rice cooker and put onion and ginger slices.

6. Add chicken drumsticks.

7. Press the cooking switch, bake one side and then turn the other side. If you like cumin, you can sprinkle some on it now. After turning it over, press the cooking switch and simmer for ten minutes.

8. After stewing, serve on a plate. The chicken wings are fragrant and the meat is tender.
