1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Soak the Tremella in cold water for half an hour.

3. Soak the ribs in cold water for 20 minutes to remove the blood.

4. Cut off the head and tail of the papaya, peel it, cut it in half, remove the pulp and seeds. Wash and cut into cubes.

5. Pour out the water used to soak the ribs and wash the ribs with clean water again.

6. Remove the yellow stems from the soaked white fungus, wash it and tear it into pieces.

7. Pour all the washed ingredients into the electric pressure cooker and add 800 ml of water. Put the lid on the pot and put the steam valve in place. Turn on the power and choose to make soup. After 20 minutes, it will switch to maintaining the pressure and turning off the power.

8. After forty minutes, open the lid and add a spoonful of salt. Stir well with a spoon.
