How to make Shredded Chicken and Bean Sprout Stir-fried Pancakes

The method of fried pancakes with shredded chicken and bean sprouts is simple. Eating it often in life can promote health. More importantly, it tastes very delicious.

1. Take appropriate amounts of green onion, ginger and garlic, cut them into chopped green onion, ginger slices and minced garlic for later use. Chop the chili pepper and set aside. If you don’t like spicy food, you can omit the chili pepper.

2. Cut the chicken breast into shreds.

3. Cut the homemade pancakes into shreds and set aside. If you don’t have pancakes at home, you can use ready-made pancakes or pancake shreds sold outside.

4. Wash the soybean sprouts and set aside. Soak the washed soybean sprouts in clean water, otherwise they will easily change color. Drain the water when using.

5. Add the chopped chicken shreds to water starch, mix well and coat with starch for later use.

6. Add appropriate amount of salad oil to the wok, when the oil temperature is right, add the battered shredded chicken and stir-fry until it changes color, add soy sauce to season, then add millet pepper and bean sprouts and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of salt and rice vinegar to make the bean sprouts taste good, when the bean sprouts are 80% to 90% cooked, spread the cut shredded pancake on the bean sprouts and shredded chicken, use the heat from the vegetable to soften the shredded pancake, then stir-fry quickly, sprinkle with minced garlic when it is about to be removed from the pan.

7. A plate of fragrant fried pancakes is out of the pan!
