How to make vegetarian fried shredded pancake

1. Prepare the ingredients

3. Chop the green onion, shred the ginger, slice one-third of the garlic, and chop two-thirds.

4. Heat a wok with a proper amount of oil, add shredded ginger and garlic slices and sauté until fragrant.

5. Then add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce and five-spice powder and stir-fry until tasty

6. Add shredded cabbage, shredded red pepper, and shredded carrots in turn and stir-fry.

7. Quickly pour in the steamed buns and continue to stir-fry.

8. Add the remaining minced garlic and stir-fry evenly, then pour in a little water and simmer for a while.

9. Sprinkle chicken powder and chopped green onions before serving. Stir well
