How to make colored glutinous rice dumplings

The busy life makes many people be careless in their diet, and they deal with their three meals a day casually, but they don’t know that this can easily lead to a sub-healthy state of the body. In fact, the preparation of colorful glutinous rice dumplings is simple and delicious. It is a recommended home-cooked dish that you may as well eat often.

1. Watermelon juice (no water added)

2. Spinach juice (try not to add water when juicing, it will dilute the color of the vegetable)

3. Divide the glutinous rice flour into three parts, one part with warm water, one part with spinach juice, and one part with watermelon juice.

4. Divide the kneaded dough into small pieces (if the dough is too dry, knead it with some water on your hands. If the dough is too dry, it will crack when you wrap the filling)

5. Take a small dough, flatten it, put the red bean paste filling in it, and shape it into dumplings (black sesame filling is also OK, the filling should be refrigerated in advance)

6. Use the flower mold to press a small flower

8. Boil water in a pot. When the water boils, add the prepared glutinous rice balls and dumplings one by one. When the glutinous rice balls float, they are cooked.

9. Take out and put it in a bowl, plate or small bowl
