The preparation of hamburger buns (Polish variety poolish) is very simple and the ingredients needed are very common. It is a very delicious home-cooked dish. It does not require complicated processes to make a mouth-watering delicacy. The food has high nutritional value and is suitable for people of all ages. You just need to pay attention to the heat when cooking. 1. Finished product picture. 2. Stir the ingredients of the starter into a batter. Pour water first, sprinkle the yeast on the water surface and let it stand for a while to become active, then add the high flour and mix it with a spatula to make a batter. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature. 3. Ferment until it is two to three times larger than its original size, with countless pores on the surface. It expands to the highest point and then falls back down, and when you open the inside, it will be in a pulled-thread state. 4. The fermentation time is determined by the temperature. For example, if the room temperature is below ten degrees, it will take about 8-10 hours to ferment at room temperature. The time is not fixed and depends mainly on the conditions. 5. Add the starter into the bread bucket, and add all the other ingredients in the main dough except the butter. Start kneading the dough until a thick film can be pulled out, then add the softened butter and continue kneading. 6. Knead until a strong film can be pulled out and the edges of the holes are smooth when pierced with fingers. 7. Roll into a ball and place in a container. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place for basic fermentation. 8. Fermentation is complete when the dough doubles in size and a hole does not shrink when poked with a finger dipped in water or dry powder. 9. Fold, press to release the air, then weigh and divide into 6 equal parts. Roll into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and let relax for 15 minutes. 10. Prepare cooked white sesame seeds. 11. Roll the relaxed dough into a ball again and place the smooth side in the sesame seeds, evenly coating it with sesame seeds. 12. All completed. 13. Put it in the oven and put a baking tray with hot water on the bottom for final fermentation. 14. When it has doubled in size, take it out and preheat the oven to 185 degrees. 15. Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake it at 180 degrees for 18 minutes. When it is colored appropriately, you can cover it with tin foil to prevent it from being too dark in color until it is finished baking. 16. After taking it out of the oven, remove it from the mold and place it on the baking rack to cool. 17. When there is still some residual temperature, pack it in a bag and seal it for storage. 18. If you don’t finish eating within three days, you can put it in a plastic bag and store it in the freezer of the refrigerator. If you want to have it for breakfast the next day, take it out the night before and let it thaw naturally at room temperature until it is just right to eat the next morning. This way it will be as good as freshly baked. 19. When making a hamburger, use a serrated knife to cut it in half from the middle, then squeeze on the salad dressing, and put your favorite fried meat, fried eggs, barbecued meat, lettuce, fruit and cheese slices on it. Cooking at home will make the whole house not seem lonely. The method of making hamburger buns (Polish) is very simple. We might as well get started and enjoy the delicious taste. |
