How to make lotus root pearls

When it's time for dinner, I stare at the menu in a daze. I eat fast food every day and want to eat home-cooked meals, but time often doesn't allow and I'm not motivated enough. The method of making diced lotus root and pearl yuanzi is extremely simple. It is a very simple and easy-to-learn dish. In less than half an hour, the delicious food can be presented to you.

1. Wash and soak the glutinous rice overnight, remove and drain the water, soak the wolfberries in boiling water and drain, cut the green onion leaves into flowers, chop the ginger into fine pieces, and beat the eggs into a bowl for later use

2. Wash and peel the lotus root, slice it, and then cut it into strips.

3. Dice again

4. Add ginger, eggs, starch, thirteen spices, sugar, salt and cooking wine into the meat filling.

5. Stir vigorously in one direction to mix evenly.

6. Then use the tiger's mouth to squeeze out balls of similar size, wrap them with the glutinous rice without moisture on the surface (it will not be firm if there is moisture). Wrap it with a little force.

7. Soak the gauze in water and squeeze it dry. Place it in a steamer with boiling water (turn off the fire after the water boils). Put the yuanzi in (leave some space between them). Steam at 1000 watts for 15 minutes, then turn off the fire and open the lid for a few minutes.

8. Serve it on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions and wolfberries.
