Rice paper spring rolls

Who doesn't want to live a healthy life? In fact, many diseases can be completely avoided. As long as we pay more attention to our diet, we can stay away from many diseases to a large extent, especially stomach problems. Rice paper spring rolls are quite simple to make. They are delicious and healthy. It is a highly recommended home-cooked dish.

1. Prepare the main ingredients.

2. Soak the beef in water until blood comes out, drain the water, cut into 2cm cubes and set aside.

3. Add aniseed, bay leaves, cinnamon and dark soy sauce to stew the beef in clear water.

4. Cut the braised beef into small strips.

5. Put the rice noodles back into the pot and cook them over medium-low heat for 15 minutes.

6. Rinse the cooked rice noodles with cold water, drain and set aside.

7. Peel the carrot and cucumber, wash the coriander, drain and set aside.

8. Cut carrots and cucumbers into small strips, place them on a plate with coriander, beef, and rice noodles and prepare to wrap.

9. Take a large stainless steel basin that can hold a piece of skin. Pour in warm water, the temperature is about 35°.

10. Take a piece of rice skin and put it into the water for about 10 seconds. The rice skin will become soft once it is put into the water and it will not be able to be used for wrapping if it is soaked for too long.

11. Place the soaked rice skin flat on the chopping board. Place cucumbers, carrots, rice noodles, beef and coriander in the middle and lower sections. Arrange them however you like. Roll up the bottom rice wrapper first, then fold the rice wrapper on the right, and then fold the rice wrapper on the left.

12. Wrap it tightly, otherwise it will be difficult to wrap the top, and it will not look good if it is too thick. Just do it the same way as making ordinary spring rolls. This is how each sheet of rice paper is rolled.

13. Eat with ketchup.

14. Serve on a plate and serve.

When making rice paper spring rolls, you don’t need all kinds of fancy methods, just simple operations. It can be taken off the pan very quickly, and the stir-frying makes it more fragrant and fully awakens your taste buds.
