How to make Nanjing beef pot stickers

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Add flour and water to make dough.

3. Chop the onion into chopped pieces.

4. Chop the beef into minced meat.

5. Prepare half a bowl of water and slowly pour it into the beef, stirring clockwise with chopsticks while pouring until the beef completely absorbs the water.
