How to make ginkgo duck soup

There are actually many things to pay attention to when it comes to making a good dish. Of course, cooking is not as difficult as everyone imagines. Everything is difficult at the beginning. First prepare the ingredients and seasonings, and then start making ginkgo tea soup.

1. Choose a duck with fatter meat, and use half of it after slaughtering it (if there are many people, you can use one). Soak the salted bamboo shoots in a bowl, and grab a small handful of ginkgo nuts, about 10 in total.

2.1 Blanch the duck in boiling water

3.2 Wash the duck and chop it into pieces; tear the salted bamboo shoots into strips and cut them; blanch the ginkgo nuts with boiling water to remove the skin.

4.1 Add duck pieces, salted bamboo shoots and ginkgo nuts into the inner pot of the electric stew pot

5.2 Take it out and rinse it with tap water

6. Add enough water to cover the ingredients, and the amount of water should reach the allowable amount of the electric pressure cooker.

7. Add about one spoonful of cooking wine.

8. Turn on the power and select "stew" to stew with boiling water

9. After the time has passed and the gas has subsided, you can serve it in a bowl and eat it.
