How to make spicy and sour mushrooms

The method of cooking spicy and sour mushrooms is very simple, and eating them regularly is also very beneficial to health.

1. Pour out the purchased mushrooms

2. Wash and set aside (this kind of wild mushroom contains a lot of dry weeds, so wash them one by one)

3. Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Pour in the nameko mushrooms and blanch them (I will put a garlic in when blanching! I heard from the older generation that if you put some garlic in the mushrooms and they don’t change color, they are non-toxic and can be eaten! I don’t know if it’s true or not, but I have always done it this way)

4. After blanching, remove from the pot and rinse with cold water. After blanching, it will turn into the color shown in the picture below.

5. Prepare the coriander and garlic

6. The chopped peppers you made yourself are now useful

7. Hot pan with cold oil

8. When the oil is hot, add the chopped pepper and garlic and stir-fry

9. Add the nameko mushrooms and stir-fry until they are well-seasoned. Add coriander, salt, and chicken essence. If the pan is too dry, you can sprinkle some water on it. The mushrooms have been blanched in water and are already cooked, so you don’t need to stir-fry for too long before serving!

10. Serve on a plate and start eating!

The spicy and sour mushroom dish is simple to prepare and is suitable for people who are busy at work every day. It only takes a few minutes and does not require superb cooking skills to make delicious dishes and enjoy the touch of food.
