1. Soak pig skin in water for two hours.

4. Break the corn into grains and wash them. Chop the ginger and put them in the material box together with the peppercorns.

6. Wash and cut into small pieces.

7. Put it into the pressure cooker, add 4 times the water (more), and put the material box.

8. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. After the gas valve is turned down, add corn and cook for another 10 minutes.

9. Add salt, pour into a fresh-keeping box, and place in the refrigerator overnight after it reaches room temperature.

10. Molding.
