1. Braised pork rice

Material

Ingredients: 400 grams of rice

Accessories: 60g winter bamboo shoots, 100g lean pork, 150g Chinese cabbage

Seasoning: 10g green onion, 5g salt, 2g MSG, 4g soy sauce, 5g starch (pea), 50g peanut oil

1. Wash the pork, drain and cut into slices; wash the Chinese cabbage, drain and cut into sections; peel the winter bamboo shoots, cook and cut into slices; wash the green onions, cut into sections and set aside.

2. Wash the rice, cook it into rice and set aside.

3. Pour peanut oil into a wok and heat it over medium heat until it is 50% hot. Add chopped green onion and stir-fry for a few times. Add pork slices and stir-fry. Add cooked winter bamboo shoots, green vegetable segments, soy sauce, salt, and MSG and stir-fry for a few times. Pour in appropriate amount of broth, bring to a boil, thicken with a little starch to make a sauce.

2. Chicken and pea rice

Ingredients: 300 grams of rice, 100 grams of chicken, 30 grams of carrots, 100 grams of peas, and 15 grams of soaked shiitake mushrooms. 15 grams of cooking wine, 10 grams of chopped green onion, a little salt, minced ginger, MSG and pepper.

3. Place another pot on the fire, add oil and heat it to 80% hot, add diced mushrooms and diced chicken and stir-fry for a few times, add peas, diced carrots and MSG and stir-fry evenly, sprinkle with pepper and pour over the rice.

Ingredients: 400g Thai rice, 75g shredded pork, appropriate amounts of shredded eel, shredded cooked chicken, shredded ham, shredded bamboo shoots, sugar, soy sauce, MSG, Shaoxing wine, and chicken soup.

Preparation method: Wash and dry the Thai rice, then put it into a pot, add water and steam it into rice. Fry the shredded pork and eel, then add shredded chicken, ham and bamboo shoots and stir-fry. Add soy sauce, sugar, Shaoxing wine, MSG and chicken broth, thicken and pour over the rice.

Operation tips: The rice should be of moderate softness and hardness, and the sauce should be rich in flavor.
