How to make crispy buns

People cannot live without food, clothing, housing and transportation every day, which are the most basic things, especially "food", which is related to human life and death. 1. Add 800g flour to the old yeast dough for fermentation, cover with a damp cloth and let stand for later use.

2. Add another 200 grams of flour to 150 grams of heated lard, mix into shortcrust pastry and set aside.

3.Cut the pork into rice-sized pieces.

4. Cut the golden hook, bamboo shoots and mushrooms into rice-sized pieces.

5. Heat the oil in the pan until it is 60% hot, then put the pork into the pan and stir-fry until the seeds are separated.

6. Add bamboo shoots and diced mushrooms and stir-fry evenly. Add soy sauce, Shaoxing wine and salt and stir-fry briefly before serving.

7. Finally, add golden hook, pepper powder and MSG, mix well to make the filling and set aside.

8. Add alkali to the fermented dough and knead it evenly, roll it into dough and brush it with pastry.

9. Roll into long strips.

10. Tear the dough into 75g pieces and press them into round skins with your palms, which are thick in the middle and thin around the edges.

11. Wrap 35 grams of stuffing in it, pinch the folds while wrapping, and close the edges to make the buns. Put them into the steamer and steam them over high heat for about 15 minutes.
