How to make simple chive box

A reasonable diet is the only way for us to maintain good health. Many people neglect their diet due to their busy work, which is actually wrong. In fact, cooking by ourselves does not take up too much of our time. The method of making simple leek dumplings is easy and it is easy to learn even without any basic knowledge.

2. Add cold flour and knead into dough. Put it in a plastic bag and let it rest at room temperature for half an hour.

3. Rinse the leeks and soak them for about 5-10 minutes.

4. Place the washed leeks in a container to drain excess water

6. Chop the chives and mix them with the seasoning. Add the sesame oil first and the salt last, otherwise it will easily release water.

7. Take out the dough, knead it for a few times, then divide it into 4 equal parts. Cover with a steaming cloth and let it rest for a few minutes so that it will not shrink easily when rolled.

8. Take the dough and flatten it without kneading.

9. Roll them into a round shape with the same thickness as normal dumpling skins. Roll all 4 doughs and cover with steaming cloth to prevent them from drying out.

10. Put the pan on high heat to dry out the moisture, then turn to low heat, pour a teaspoon of cooking oil along the pan, put in a piece of dough and flatten it.

11. Add half of the chives and spread them flat, leaving a cloth edge. Pour egg liquid around the chives on the pancake.

12. Cover with another piece of dough and press along the edge of the dough with a fork to make the two pieces of dough stick together.

13. Pour half a teaspoon of cooking oil evenly on the dough.

14. Fry both sides until golden brown.

15. Cut and serve. My son finished eating the first one before the second one was even cooked.

In fact, eating out for a long time is not good for human health. Although the method of making leek dumplings is simple, people who have eaten it will never forget it.
