How to cook stewed lamb

1. Wash and cut the mutton into pieces

2. Prepare angelica, star anise, onion, ginger and garlic

3. Add appropriate amount of ginger, garlic, onion, salt, MSG, vinegar, cooking wine and soy sauce to the mutton and marinate for 20 minutes.

4. Put some oil in a clean pot and sauté onion, ginger and garlic over medium-low heat.

6. Add enough water to cover the ingredients in the pot, add salt, MSG, vinegar, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, cover the pot and continue to simmer over medium-low heat until the sauce is absorbed.

7. The stewed mutton is ready to be enjoyed
