How to make Korean cold udon noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Wash the cucumber, slice it, add a little salt and marinate for a while.

5. Wash the pork and cut into small cubes.

17. Pour the minced meat into the sauce bowl.

18. Mix the minced meat and sauce thoroughly and set aside.

19. Boil water in a pot and cook the udon noodles.

20. Rinse the udon noodles in cold water and drain.

21. Put the noodles in a bowl, add cucumber and kimchi, then add the meat sauce and mix well when eating.
