How to make lotus paste cake

15. Add lotus paste filling and wrap it up slowly.

16. After wrapping, place the seam facing downwards, press lightly with your hands, and then roll it evenly with a rolling pin.

17. Make all the dough pieces one by one, put them into the baking tray, and put them into the oven with the seams facing down.

18. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, set the upper and lower fire to 180℃, bake in the middle layer for 10 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 10 minutes.
