1. Prepare ingredients: papaya, milk, jelly powder

2. Cut the papaya in half

3. Remove the seeds inside (it will look better if you scrape the edge of the pulp into an arc shape with a small spoon. I didn’t notice this problem until I was done)

4. Boil the milk and add the jelly powder. If you like sweet taste, you can add some sugar for seasoning (be careful not to add any spices, as sour seasonings will clump when they meet milk)

5. Let the cooked liquid cool down for a while

6. Pour into the papaya before it solidifies

7. Cover with a layer of plastic wrap and wait for solidification.

8. Once it is formed, you can cut it and taste it. It tastes better when refrigerated.
