How to make scalded scallion Thousand Layer Meat Pie

1.1 When it is not too hot, sprinkle a little cold water (just a little, commonly known as resurrection water) and knead it into dough (it may be very sticky, wait until the dough is completely cool)

2.2 Put the flour into a bowl, hold the chopsticks in one hand and the boiling water in the other hand, and stir it into dough balls with the chopsticks while pouring the boiling water.

8. Be sure to use a low heat and cover the pot. High heat will make the surface burnt and the inside still undercooked.
