1. Put all liquid ingredients into the bowl one by one.

3. Stir well and knead into dough and move to the chopping board.

4. Continue to knead, rub, throw and hit.

5. After about fifteen minutes of kneading, a thin film is formed and the expansion stage is reached.

6. Put it in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and let it ferment.

7. Let the dough ferment until it is 2-2.5 times larger than the original dough.

8. Knead well and release the air, then divide into nine small doughs, cover with plastic wrap and let relax for 20 minutes.

9. Knead the dough evenly and roll it into a ball, then place it in a baking tray for secondary fermentation.

10. Chop the cheese and ham into small pieces.

11. Wait for the dough to ferment to twice its original size.

12. Brush the surface with egg liquid, then sprinkle the cheese and ham crumbs on the surface.

13. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, bake on the middle layer with upper and lower heat for about 20 minutes.

14. Bake the bread until the surface is golden brown.
