How to make spicy fern jelly

Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays, people eat for health reasons, so here I would like to introduce to you a healthy and delicious spicy fern jelly.

1. Prepare the main ingredients and auxiliary ingredients.

2.121 After the water in the pot has dried up, put the chopped bracken in and blanch it.

3.212 Soak the bracken in clean water for 10 minutes, then wash and cut into small pieces for later use.

4. Take out and cool, then soak in cold boiled water for 10 minutes.

5. Cut the jelly into small pieces of equal size and place them on a plate.

6. Chop the chili pepper, garlic, onion and coriander, and prepare the dried chili pepper and Sichuan peppercorns.

7. Pour 4 tablespoons of light soy sauce into a bowl.

8. Mix 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of chili oil, and 1/2 tablespoon of umami sauce to make a salad dressing.

9. Drain the bracken, put the chili pepper, garlic, onion and coriander into a bowl, then pour in the salad dressing and mix well.

10. Add oil to the pan and sauté the dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns.

11. Pour over the mixed bracken and mix well.

12. Put the mixed fern into a plate and shape it.
